2 teaspoons Whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1/2 gallon Apple cider
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Orange juice
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 cup Brandy (any fruit flavor)
Tie cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in cheesecloth. Simmer cider and sugar with spices for about 15 minutes. Remove bag of seasonings. Add orange juice, lemon juice and brandy. Heat to bubbling and serve.

Milk (Hot)
Fill a mug with steaming milk, add the alcohol then top with chocolate shavings.
Burnt Toasted Almond
3/4 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. Kahlua
3/4 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Light Cream
Pour the alcohol over ice in a highball glass. Stir the cream in and mix well.

2 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1 package of Hot Chocolate (Preferably Swiss Mix Hot Chocolate)
Make the hot chocolate then add the schnapps and top with whipped cream.

3/4 oz. Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
5 oz. Water
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
Heat liquids and serve in a heated mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1 cup of Water
1 cup of Brown Sugar
4 tsp. Instant Coffee
1 cup of Bundy Rum
4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Boil water, sugar and coffee for 10 minutes and let cool. Add rum and vanilla. Put in clean bottle(s) and leave for 1 week before using.
