SEX ON THE BEACH 

1 ounce vodka 
1 ounce peach schnapps 
2 ounces orange juice 
2 ounces cranberry juice 

Pour all of the ingredients into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. 

LOVE PASSION

Passion-Fruit Champagne Cocktail

1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) gin
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Alizé (passion-fruit liqueur)
6 tablespoons chilled dry champagne
Garnish: raspberries

In a champagne flute combine gin and liqueur and top off with champagne. Garnish drink with berries.

HAWAIIAN

2 ounces gin 
1 ounce curaçao 
1 ounce orange juice
3 or 4 ice cubes 

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. 

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA 

1 ounce vodka 
1 ounce gin 
1 ounce light rum 
1 ounce tequila 
1 ounce lemon juice 
1 teaspoon superfine sugar 
4 ounces cola 
ice cubes 

In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, lemon juice and sugar over 3 or 4 ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a mixing glass almost filled with ice. Add the cola and stir well. 

HOT

1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream 
1 oz. Grand Marnier 
2 oz. Coffee (Hot) 

Mix and serve in a small mug.
